What happens after you send the form? You will see a confirmation page, and your note lands in our Chicago inbox. We reply within one business day, Monday through Friday. If your message is about a session seat, our reply will include the payment link and the calendar invite. If it is about a team session, we will suggest two or three possible dates. If it is a topic suggestion, it goes straight into the planning notes for next season. Either way, a human reads it — not an autoresponder.
